Jurnal Integrasi also is interested in submissions focusing on the dialectics in theory, philosophy, and law. This may include :
Critical analysis of the principles, theories, and philosophies of law (jurisprudence)
Critical analysis of principles, theories, and philosophies of other fields towards law.
A combination thereof, analyzed comparatively.
The aforementioned can be manifested in theoretical explorations, evaluating regulations or legal systems, or case studies.
It is not sufficient for manuscripts to merely apply said theories and philosophies as part of their analysis. Rather, the manuscript should have these theories and philosophies at the center of the discussion, which would necessitate it being featured in the title and abstract.
While we accept monodisciplinary research in law, we also highly encourage multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research as long as a strong variable in the research is still a law analysis as per the scope and focus explained above.
